ABSTRACT:

The study aimed at investigating the influence of classroom management practices on the learning process in public secondary schools, in Temeke municipality. The study used mixed methody approach. Specific objectives that guided the study includes, to describe how instructional supervision, affect the learning process in public secondary schools   in Temeke Municipality.  To evaluate how the influence of classroom instructional methodologies on the learning process in public secondary schools in Temeke Municipality and To assess how the influence of classroom discipline management on the learning process in public secondary schools in Temeke Municipality. The study used 9 head of school, 264 class teachers, 6575 students, 6 education officers and 5 school inspectors. The study revealed that, Participatory methods gives a clear chance to every learner to participant in learning hence it increase the sense if creativity and critical thinking to learners. The study indicates that in Temeke Municipality, students are given a little chance to participate in the process of teaching and learning. instructional supervision produce positive learning process by ensuring that all teachers and students attend to school which leads to decrease truancy among the students and increase learning achievement, this implies that the presence of instructional supervision has positive learning process in Public    Secondary Schools in Temeke and national wise. On the basis of the above findings, it concluded and recommended that, policy regarding education on carrier development should be amended that teachers can have the ability to teach students  by transforming teaching to digital age.To the Practitioners, Teachers in schools should make sure that they keep close eyes and close supervision to students change in behaviour. Elements of homosexual, love affairs indicated the failure of close supervisions to students, so psychotherapy and guidance should be regularly performed by school so as to direct and lead students to achieve their target goals.
